My Bill shows NFL Sunday Ticket Charges that I did not request, customer service was unable to help

These charges have been on my bill the past few months and I did not request this service, I called on 11/3 to advise and ask for it to be removed, they did not do it.  Now they are telling me that they can not give me a credit for the current months charge of $46.99!   I am appalled at this mess and the service I have received.  Any suggestions before I file a complaint and cancel my service completely?

The NFL Sunday Ticket is included with most intro offers free for the 1st season.

The following year on the June bill it shows the renewal notice and that year's cost split over 6 installments. The 1st installment charges on the July bill. You have until start of season, which is the 2nd Sunday in September to opt out. If by the time you opt out any installments had already billed, they would be adjusted off the account.

Calling 11/3 was way too late to opt out as you had months of notification before the start of season. Best you can do is make sure it is opted out for the following year so you don't pay for it again. In the future be aware of the amount of your bills as around a $40 difference should stand out.

@KEEGBOY

The NFL Sunday Ticket is one cost for the season. You simply have the option of all at once or spread over 6 installments.

If you cancel your account, the remaining installments charge all on the final bill. Once the season started, you were locked in.

In the end you waited too late. Renewal notice would have been back in June with the installments starting on the following bill. So this could have been taken care of months ago.
