Locked out of Directv
I have been locked out of my Directv account for over 3 weeks.
I can not access the DirecTV app, watch online or log in to apps such as HBO Go or ABC NoW because of being locked out.
I am a truck driver and the online services are how I use my Directv service.
Of course, I am always able to log in to the section of the site were you would pay the bill.
I have spent hours upon hours on hold with customer service reps asking me to try the same trouble shooting steps dozens of times.
I have been told countless times that someone would contact me in 24 to 48 hours to solve this issue once and for all, to either never get the call, or to have the call come in, be told all reps are busy, wait on hold for 20 minutes and have the call drop.
And of course, no call back
If At&t or DirecTV wonders why they are bleeding away sunsfribers this may be one reason
