locked out of directv side of account
I am able to get into the ATT account with the Welcome Screen, but when I select My Directv and start watching now the webscreen wraps around to https://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/login/login.jsp. I get the message
- Your login is locked because you have exceeded the maximum number of attempts. Please call customer service at 1-800-531-5000.
I have spent hours on the phone with 5-6 ATT customer service reps all completely clueless, they pass you along to various departments all with no idea of what to do other than "try resetting the password" which doesnt do anything. I've called teh 1 800 988 4642 and after 30 minutes... they STILL dont have an answer other than reset password.
Can ANYONE at ATT or Directv solve this??? Is there a number for a higher level tech support for digital online access at Directv?
