Location Zip Code Change for RV receiver
I again just went through the process of calling to have our location zip code changed to receive local channels in our 5th Wheel Trailer RV while we are spending three winter months in Texas. This particular time went fairly smooth but it did require being transferred to a "technical specialist" and going thru the routine of providing redundant information. I don't understand why this temporary zip code location change can't be simplified to allow the customer to simply log into their AT&T DirecTV account and enter the zip code they will be staying in for a certain period of time. On every occasion that I have gone thru this burdensome process it was obvious the 1st line call rep knew nothing about this process. Please, please, simplify this process. Thanks for listening.
