Keep my AT&T paper bill

Directv, keep my paper bill coming in the mail,,,,,,,,....... I am in Texas....In theUSA,

We're customers like you, so we can change how you're billed.  Log into your DirecTV account and you can specify how you want to billed.

Being in Texas or any other state does not affect your options on receiving the bill. Don't know why you thought that was necessary.

 

Go to www.directv.com, or www.att.com if your account is now in their new system, and log into your account to opt in or out of paperless billing. If you prefer you can call customer service, but doing it yourself online is so much quicker.

 

This is a customer to customer forum so we cannot do this for you.

This is a public customer to customer forum with no access to your account. Just log into your account at www.directv.com and you can choose to opt in or out of paperless billing, or www.att.com if you have been moved into the new system. To discuss with official support you call 1-800-531-5000.

Log onto your account online where you can opt in/out of paperless billing. Or you can even print out a paper copy as needed.

This is your 3rd post. The answer is not changing. Please READ the answers you are given and do the same with your bill.

 

If you had read this thread, or even the last post, you would have seen this is a public forum with no account access.

 

You must log into your account online and go into your billing options to opt out of paperless billing. Or call DirecTV.

 

We are just other customers here to help each other out. So please read before posting in case your question is already answered.

Please read the previous posts in this thread!
