installed new card

I installed the new card,= you took away 4 each of my most watched channels. I'll am now looking for a new provider now  ( that is no way to treat a 20 year customer ) Richard Mick

Channels in packages haven't changed recently. All that has happened is the freeview (a courtesy because of Covid) has ended. So either there is a technical issue or the channels were from the freeview.

 

What are the models of each box you have?

Why did you get a new card?

What is the exact name of your programming package?

Which channels are missing?
