Incredibly Long Wait

I have been on hold for over an hour now for a issue with fraudulent activity.  Someone set up a direct TV account in my name and AT&T sent me to collections.  First off I have passcodes on my account so not sure how an account would have been set up because of this. You need to resolve or my next step will be legal options.

Try getting the ball rolling with their online dispute form:


All departments are short staffed because of Covid stay-at-home orders, resulting in the very long hold times.
