I need to file an Executive Level Complaint against DirecTV and need an email address to send it.

I have written a lengthy letter that needs to be sent to an Executive Escalation Complaint Department with ATT/DirecTV. I need an email address to send it to.

there is no such email available to the public also anything found by searching google will result in it going to a general mailbox

DirecTV does not do support by email. You must call DirecTV and request the address to send written correspondence to the "Office of the President".

Alternatively you could try to resolve issue by discussing any issues that normal customer support cannot handle with their retention department (say "cancel" at the voice prompt), one of their supervisors, or discussing in the forum with other customers who might have guidance.

My complaint is specifically from managers and supervisors whom I spoke with. I have sent a written letter to a couple addresses that were provided, but wanted to contact someone, perhaps in corporate in El Segundo, to further escalate my complaint.

Your option is to call in and either discuss the situation over the phone, or to request the address for "Office of the President" where you send a physical letter.

There is no email support.
