How do I speak to a US speaking person?
I am constantly trying to get my billing adjusted and once I spoke to a US speaking person and she fixed everything then transferred me to billing to talk to them. They don’t speak English well and the background noise is so loud that I can’t hear them talking to me!! This has been going on for months!
How do I talk to an English speaking rep who can help me?
Frustrated in OK! Considering changing my service!! Seriously!!
