How do I contact DirectV by email?
We have been with Directv for years. We had a 12 mo discount that expired in July....After speaking with the Retention department, and getting no where for ANY type of discount to stay....we are ready to leave.
I thought it strange that I was told that we had only been with them since 2017....because we have always had service. So, our years of loyalty do not count.
Many people are now switching for new deals, that are only offered to "NEW" customers...instead of retaining their old ones. Apparently the company hasn't learned it costs less to keep a good customer!!
Probably why so many are changing to Apple TV, Amazon or streaming!!!
