How do I contact DirectV by email?

We have been with Directv for years.  We had a 12 mo discount that expired in July....After speaking with the Retention department, and getting no where for ANY  type of discount to stay....we are ready to leave.

I thought it strange that I was told that we had only been with them since 2017....because we have always had service.  So, our years of loyalty do not count.

Many people are now switching for new deals, that are only offered to "NEW" customers...instead of retaining their old ones.  Apparently the company hasn't learned it costs less to keep a good customer!!

Probably why so many are changing to Apple TV, Amazon or streaming!!!

DTV/AT&T no longer has email support.  Calling/chat are the only was to contact them.

Discounts are not always available. Sometimes we must tailor the service to what best fits for us. So nice when those specials are available, but remember they are temporary. Never rely on discounts to always keep the bill lower. Channels charge the TV providers a lot of many to carry them, which is why normal pricing is what it is. As the networks negotiate harder for higher rates each time, discounts over time have dropped. Some of us wonder what it would be like if they just got rid of discounts, but in turn was able to lower the regular cost across the board to hit some kind of middle ground.

You say you have always had DirecTV, but they only show going back to 2017? If you have had service longer than 2 years then that suggests the account was disconnected at some point (reflecting a new activation date), or that for some reason it is not the same exact account (different account number).
