Fox sports Go account

I can't view games on Fox Sports Kansas City when logged into Fox Sports Go with my Direct TV account.

 

I subscribe to this channel on my Direct TV account, and I was able to do this with my previous provider - Consoldiated Communications. Why can't I view games on this channel?

Will I be able to stream Royals games this season?

 

 

Yes. If you are a customer of a participating pay-TV provider, you will be able to stream FOX Sports Kansas City's Royals telecasts on FOX Sports GO.

 

 

Can I stream Royals telecasts starting Opening Day?  

 

 

 

Yes, assuming you are a customer of a participating pay-TV provider. An initial version of our MLB streaming product will debut in FOX Sports GO on Opening Day. As is customary when introducing new digital products, we will continue to make improvements based on customer feedback and use.  

 

 

How will it work and how much will it cost?

 

 

If a Royals game is being televised on FOX Sports Kansas City, it will also be available on FOX Sports GO. To stream games, users will need to verify their credentials by signing in with their pay-TV provider's user ID and password. There is no additional charge to use FOX Sports GO.

 

 

How can I access FOX Sports GO?

 

 

FOX Sports GO is currently available for iOS, Android, Android TV, Fire tablets and Fire phones, select Windows devices, and online at FOXSportsGO.com. Fans can download the mobile app for free from the iTunes App Store, Google Play, Amazon App Store and Windows Store.

 

 

Why do I need to sign in?

 

 

FOX Sports GO is an extension of your pay-TV service that you get at home. FOX Sports GO allows viewers to watch on best available screen -- at home or on the go.

  • Ensure the Royals game is being televised on FOX Sports Kansas City
  • Users will need to verify their credentials by signing in with their pay-TV provider's user ID and password (Authenticate using DIRECTV.com login email address and password.)
  • Ensure you are meeting the system requirements by using the required mobile device, computer/browser.
    • iPad or iPhone with iOS 5+
    • Android phone/tablet with OS 4.0+
    • Windows Phone 8.1
    • Windows Tablet with Windows 8.1 or Windows RT 8.1
    • Kindle Fire (second generation +
  • PC
    • Windows: XP, 7, or 8
      Internet Explorer: 9, 10, 11

Hi, Notice from this screen shot, Fox Sports Kansas City is not even list, and in the programming section. Note I am logged in with my DirectTV account.

Also, I'm logged in to Fox Sports Go on another device using an old cable TV login through Consolidated Communications, and the Fox Sports Go program guide lists shows for FS Midwest, FS2, etc. My DirectTV account only shows programming for FS1. Not other networks. I should see other networks in the Live Now list.

There is something wrong with the linkage between my DirectTV account and the FoxSportsGo login.
