Email saying I have been de-enrolled from auto pay

I received an email saying I'd been de-enrolled from auto pay and owed two months of payments but my bank account showed those payments were made. I think the email was phishing.

Probably right, especially since a de-enrollment of auto pay would expect to remind you to make the current payment manually, not say you are 2 months behind from just turning it off.

I would log into your DirecTV account online just to be sure they payments show posted. As we are other customers, we have no access to check for you.
