DTV unresponsive and inability to answer billing questions

I am beng billed $312 and no one can tell me why. i spent nearly 2hours with 3 agents and i get different answers or idk from customer service. A supervisor was gonna call me right away. It’s been nearly aweek no call.

Hi @k112a,


In most instances, promotions fell off the accounts. In the bill, you will see a section on what has changed. You sometimes have to check the bill from the month before.


You have an option to watch a video bill for reference.

Look for your latest bills verify that the most common lost discount has changed and do not waste your time waiting for an answer
