I contacted Directv customer service to order a replacement Receiver due to one of the five we have was not working. They were fine with replacing it but wanted me to pay $20 to have it shipped which I thought was unfair. I pleaded my displeasure to the rep but it didn’t matter. I ended up canceling my subscription for the receiver and was told my bill would be reduced by $7 per month. In my opinion, this type treatment of a loyal customer of over a decade shows directv does not value my business.I will be finding another provider very soon!
