DirecTV account

I try to access my DirecTV account it takes me to my att wireless account. I don't see anything there for the DirecTV account. How do I access the account

Let’s get you logged in.


When wanting to view your DirecTV information this can be done through the AT&T website with the same login information you would have used on the DirecTV website. Now if you are still having issues logging in we recommend following the steps below.


First we will touch on some “housekeeping” items.

  • Clear your history
  • Clear your cache and cookies
  • Make sure you are not using any saved login information

For your protection, we may lock your account after too many sign-in attempts. To troubleshoot this sign in issue we will either have to wait a full 24 hours or reset your password.
