Directtv and AT&T together is horrible
I have had nothing but problems with the billing of these services. My bill is different every month and ranges from 125-155 a month. When I call to get an explaination all they do is transfer me around between direct tv and AT&T. Today I spent over 1/2 hour on the phone until finally someone told me the computer made a mistake and charged me the higher package price and now they will give me a credit on my next bill for what I will over pay. Last time they gave me some extra channels for the hassle for 3 months, they failed to tell me that after the 3 months they were going to charge me for those channels so that was another billing problem. I left my last carrier over 7 years ago to become a Direct TV customer and now its time to go back to the "Other" cable provider.
