Change in email address

I've changed my email address awhile ago.  However now I am unable to sign in to my Directv account,

since it uses my old email address and I am unable to access it now.

I receive Directv through CenturyLink.

I also do have my account number if need be.

Though the bills may be combined, they are separate accounts and websites. So changing email with one will not change it with the other.

You should just be able to login using the old email and then once in to change it to the one you currently used. Accessing the old email would only matter if you forgot your password before you updated to the new email. In that case you would need to call DirecTV to get their Web Unlock Team (or whatever it is called now) to reset the login.

Hey there @NGiese,

Just wanted to chime in and say @Juniper nailed it (thanks as always, @Juniper!). You should still be able to sign in using your old email address. However, you may need to reset your password. For DirecTV, resetting your password correctly will depend on where you've logged into your account in the past:

Please let us know if you have other questions, @NGiese!
