Can't pay, can't chat
Why won't the system save my updated card info so I can pay? It says it saves it, but then gives me a notice that there is something wrong with YOUR system. I have tried this every day for 4 days! It tells me I can chat and then I push the button and nothing happens. I don't have time to sit on the phone. If I can't pay, then I guess youll have to cancel me and lose me as a customer.
