can’t log in direct tv to pay bill
I was able to log in up until about 3 weeks ago. I tried to log in to PAY MY BILL, and it said the info was wrong(which wasn’t!). Then it sends me to the AT&T site. I try to log in and it asks if I’m trying to log into the correct site. Seems pretty idiotic to me but I understand mistakes happen and programming isn’t always easy to get sorted.
i don’t have the patience or free time to wait on hold for hours so if you want me to pay the bill, how about you don’t make it impossible!
