Can't get a credit returned
.I cancelled my direct tv on dec12 and returned my equipment within 3 days by Fedex. On jan 10 att used my autopay acct to withdraw $120 and a few days later a bill to me with a $108.42 credit. The problem is they won't refund the money to my acct but will only send me a girt card within 6 WEEKS!! It took them maybe 15 seconds to withdraw the funds but 6 weeks to return them? Unacceptable. I called customer service twice and was told both time a supervisor would contact me by the end of the day. No one called back either time. If they do this to1000 customers that's $100,000 in their acct for 6 weeks! How can this be legal?
