bundle problems and questions.

Why is it that when I have Direct  T. V. And At&T  with WiFi and home phone service,  I'm still  getting billed separately?  What happened to the bundle I was promised? AT&T owns Direct T. V. As well as my home phone service.

Did you call or go online to get it bundled? It doesn't happen automatically.
