Our last bill had hbo and equipment charge and that was added to the bill with out our consent. Why do we continue to have issues with this company. I spoke with someone and this was supposed to be removed what the (Edited as per community guidelines) is the problem.

You will need to call DirecTV to discuss HBO or any other charges you dispute.


Though what is the equipment charge? Exact name and cost on your bill?
