Billing Payment

Where is my payment?  On October 21, 2019 you accepted my payment through my bank.  We have verified and have a confirmation of that.  Also, someone messed up and paid my account with a credit card from Discover the same day. That payment was cancelled.  I have called numerous times. I am being told I still owe my bill.  No I do not.  I want to know where my payment is.  In all the years that I have paid through my bank...the payment posts a day later.  That is not the case now.
