I am responding to a denied payment which you received on my bill for acct. *****. This was an auto bill on my debit card. My computer was hacked over the weekend and I had to cancel all my debit cards and credit cards and request new ones. I am sending a check in to cover this payment.
As long as you have my check and all the info that is needed, can I request that you take an auto bill out of my checking acct for the next payment and any future payments, on the same date as has previously been billed.

@Prescottvalley, we're all customers like you with no access to anyone's billing/account info. You need to call/chat directly with DirecTV.
