We are here to help with your billing inquiry, @Twhite1017,

Bill arrangements are honored, and the due date was already set forth when you called in originally to set the arrangement. These arrangements cannot be changed.

Your service will remain active as long as it paid by the due date.

Let us know if this helps.

Hey @Twhite1017.

Is that the date of the payment arrangement? If so, yes your service could be interrupted if that is the due that was arranged for payment. Please let us know.

If you set a "Payment Arrangeemnt" that extends the interruption date.

If you set a "Promise to Pay" that simply stops past due notices, but does not extend interruption. Just saying you spoke with DirecTV and are aware of your past due.
