Log into your account online to view your bill history and to check the address it is going to (or email it is going to if on paperless billing).
Otherwise call DirecTV. This is a public forum of other customers so we don't have access to your billing.
I see why I have not receive my bill. You guys have been sending my bill to the wrong address. I have not lived at 4335 aldine mail rt since may 2020.
We are other customers so we didn't send your bill anywhere.
Did you place a Movers order to properly transfer service to the new address? If you did then they probably only updated the service address, not the billing address with it. If you simply moved everything yourself without an official Movers order, then both service and billing address would be at the old place. In either case, you will need to call DirecTV either to update billing address or place the full order.
I suggest for anyone moving, set up forwarding with the post office to catch any mail that hasn't had an address update yet and to log in online for bills until you verify everything is going to the new address.

Jacob, this being the DirecTV forum would not deal with postpaid/prepaid phones. They cannot update address in store as DirecTV must be called for Movers order, or to correct billing address if service address was updated with the move..
How can we improve?
