Automatic Auto Pay Deenrollment
Almost every month since November 2019 my Stored Payment Method gets deleted just before my Auto Pay should initiate an automatic payment. The end result is that my Auto Pay is automatically deenrolled by AT&T. This is not something that I initiate. This is something that occurs on the AT&T side. I stopped calling to talk to a representative because they have not been able to resolve the problem in the long term. This is occurring on both my DirecTV account as well as my AT&T Wireless account . I just need someone to figure out why my Stored Payment Method is being deleted by AT&T before the Auto Pay initiates and permanently resolve this very frustrating issue.
