App never works!!

I have had directv for over 6 years this app has NEVER worked. Very upset can't check bill or anything constantly disappointed!!

I am not seeing any issues when I use the app. What are you having problems with?

Have never been able to log in wether I use my email or name or even account #

This has been a problem since day 1. Don't understand why but it always gives me an excuse of not having proper info, which confuses me when I have even used my account #.

Best option would be to chat in so they can help you with the login issue. Your account may need to be "resynched."
