4 digit passcode
I just called to cancel my NFL Sunday ticket & was told they could not talk to me without a 4 digit passcode. Something to do with their new system. Told me to go to Direct TV.com. I still can't get a passcode & I want to cancel this. Please help!!

The account pin is something you set yourself. You need to log into your account and setup a pin. It’s way too early to cancel Sunday Ticket, anyway. Others that have cancelled this early have either been told no or found once the season started it never got cancelled. You should wait until the first renewal notice. You have until the start of the season to cancel.
