video recordings not showing in archives
I have not had any recordings show in the archives since 4-1. My data management is set to clear automatically to make room as needed. I show I have 88% available storage. Is this a known issue?

This is not a know issue. Please contact our Customer Support team at 1-855-288-2727, select option 4, and Digital Life Agent will assist you in troubleshooting the missing video files. Have there been any changes to the way/frequency of your recordings?

Question. Is the red light on the wireless broadband due to the sunset of 3g?

That s correct. The light will remain red. The broadband light must be green for your system to communicate with the monitoring center.

@johnneck5544 I just discovered that my videos were not going into the archives. Last date was 4/1. I was not able to call in to the CS center yet for their trouble shooting, but I did check the DLC to see if there were any red flags. The only thing I saw was the wireless broad band light was red. I will try and call in this evening after work to see if I can get this resolved. Are you having this issue also?

Ok. I guess the issue was the camera stopped recording. I rebooted the DLC and that fixed it. The camera is now recording again.
