I tried to get help and they would not help me because I did not have the App. At age 73 I could care less about some app. Next time I am going to have the system removed and get with a company that will help me when I call in. Just had one simple thing that I ask them to do. Connect my Yale Lock to my system. abeever3

Honestly, the only thing that has worked correctly has been our yale touch screen lock. They overcharge for it and its installation but it works.
