With AT&T Digital Life equipment, I have found that the general turn it off and back on concept works. I have had to reset my Digital Life Controller a handful of times, particularly when I have switched ISPs or the internet goes down. Once before, I also believe I had to have AT&T delete a device from my system and then rediscover it.

I don't think this help thing is working.
So far i searched for answers and only found the same type question.
And still no real answers from AT&T

@Ruf6us I am sorry you having trouble with your thermostat. Have you checked the Solution Center in the DL Portal?

The solution I received from Att online chat support was that it requires Duracell betteries in order for the app to show it online. 😂 Such a joke. Still no solution from att.

@Aks100111 Hello. My apologies that you are having an issue with your thermostat. Have you looked in Solution Center to see if it can be fixed via that way? My thermostat had low batteries so I replaced them, yes with Duracell batteries. After replacing the batteries when I logged in to the app the thermostat showed as being offline, I followed the instructions on the solution center but nothing works. I gave up trying to figure it out about a week ago and now I’m considering giving up on Digital Life all together. I’ve had it for over 3 years and not only is it more expensive than other alarm companies I’ve had a lot of problems with it.

If you would please contact us at 1-855-288-2727 option 4 and one of our specialists will attempt to resolve the issue for you and if not they will schedule a technician for an appointment to resolve.
