Some of the enhanced features are:

  • Provides a wider field of view (Panoramic 180° Horizontal View) over the current indoor multi-view camera.
  • Improves the installation experience by providing more flexibility in placement with a smaller camera.
  • Requires fewer cameras to be used in the home while covering a broader area.
  • Both professional installation and self-install options are available!

Is this camera still available? If not, why?

The camera selection stinks... I only see one indoor camera available, and it's 30% more expensive than Amazon...

Hello @directv_123

You have revived a post that is over a year old. Simply put the indoor camera has changed because the current camera offers a better experience. In any business that offers products there will always be new products replacing the old. In this case we replaced the camera that was offered over a year ago with the Samsung Indoor Camera which provides better picture quality.

Well, two things...

1.) This post showed up in the "Related Posts" list on 'page one' of the current threads/posts... If you don't want users responding to those posts, you should fix that, not blame the customer.

2.) My system was installed this year, and the installer sold me the $89 indoor camera that was shown on your website at the time. So, the camera was not the one "offered a year ago".

Please don't blame customers for frustrations with the system or related posts.

Thank you.

Hello @directv_123

I apologize if you thought blame was being placed on you. No blame was being given, only attempting to provide a thorough explanation. The intent of the reply was only to point out that over time new devices may be made available to improve the overall experience. In this case a better camera is being offered and the old camera was removed.

Thank you.
