replace batteries and alarm doesn't reset
I changed the recessed battery in a door and it is offline now
I replaced the batteries in the smoke detector and it still says batteries are low and it continues to beep

Unfortunately it looks like during the replacement process both devices were knocked offline.. Please contact us at 1-855-288-2727 option 4 and a specialist will walk thru with you how to resolve this. Please ensure that you are home when calling as they will need to work on having them paired back to the system with your assistance.
