Removing an old system

I moved into my house 14 years ago. There was an AT&T system installed but was not active. We did not activate it. I’m tired of looking at the panels on the walls and want to remove them. So I redo the walls and paint. How do I safely remove them? No idea what the model system is. There is a panel inside near my front door. One in the upstairs hallway. And a sensor inside near my garage door. I haven’t noticed anything else. Can I pay for someone from AT&T to disengage and remove my system?

at&t did not have alarm systems 14 years ago  that panel is an ADT alarm not at&t, you need to contact ADT and see if they will remove it
