Removing a contact sensor

How do I remove a contact sensor from my system that I no longer want? Our home has old windows and the seal has never been great.

I spoke with a representative on the phone and they said I could remove the unwanted window contact sensor by using test mode, deleting it from the Digital Life app, and then physically removing the sensor. So far, I can’t find the place to do it.

You should be able to do this online by logging into your account.  Once you log in, click on devices (all devices) and then sort by type.  Scroll down to the Contact Sensor section and then click on the gear icon in the bottom right tile for the applicable sensor. You should then be able to remove the sensor from your system.

This did not work< You are unable to delete the device. I was only able to rename it
