If you're referring to the Indoor Smart Plug, it's Jasco (or GE) ZW4101.
Are you planning on buying them somewhere else and having Digital Life add them to your system?

If you buy it from a third party even if it is the same model number it will not discover to your system. I had this problem with a smart plug I bought on ebay. Had to eat the 35.00

telling you I did not tell them I bought the smart plug on ebay it simply would not discover, and working for Digital Life I kind of new this going in but took the chance anyway

I've been trying for a couple days to get AT& T BILLING issue case # CM20220219_152633911, submitted 02/19/22, installation of a DLS OUTLET CONTROL 4540C. DLS INSTALLATION SERVICE FEE 41866 not performed. I want refund $99.99. invoice 638155896 dated 02/03-05/22..
Also, I can't get any response on how to use and program it.. No help from ATT DLS!
