Looking to add more features

I am looking to add something more than my indoor smart plugs. I would like to control some of my outdoor lights that are connected to the outside of my garage and some of my indoor main lights so that I can have them turn on and off based on some custom programming. Has anyone found any success on finding third party Light dimmer / light controls or at least give me the model number and exact name so i can look for it online? A link to these models would also be appreciated.

I also would like to find the second part of the water sensor which is the temperature sensor? I have the round white water sensor but not the temperature sensor. Anyone know the model number for that as well?
