Installation of Smart solve version 2.0.2.1181
I cannot connect with the Chat Agent via the AT&T ConnecTech to install the newer version of Smart solve noted above. A code is required to begin the installation. Help with this problem, please.

@susmad48 Hello, my apologies that you are having some issues. You posted this in the AT&T Digital Life forum and unfortunately we do not have any information regarding your post as it is not affiliated to Digital Life. Have you called into customer care to see if they are able to assist you?
