Horrible service! Do you use AT& T digital life!!!!

After spending 2 hours chatting with a technician about my thermostat, my problem was not resolved. I called a 2nd time a few days later and after being on hold for 30+ minutes, I talked to a technician. He was not able to help either. I called my HVAC serviceman out and in 5 minutes, he determined it was in deed my #AT&T thermostat. It was not turning on because of a program. He charged me a $60 service fee. I ask AT&T for a refund and they only offered $20 credit on my bill. Digital life programs are VERY difficult to deal and I will NEVER recommend them and I will be cancelling as soon as my contract is up. If the AT&T techs don't understand their own system, how do they expect the homeowner to be able to do?
