Haven't been able to log in for over a week
Everything was fine until a week ago and the app and website will no longer accept my username and password. Reset password doesn't work either. My system has been useless for over a week now. Any suggestions?

I cannot login either. Worked earlier today now neither me nor my wife can login. That's a BIG problem. This is a security system. Getting ready to cancel this newly installed service and go back to the old reliable system.
