What is the process for leaving this service?
I've only had this one problem with the service, Current error: error, no message was sent to AT&T.
Now reading other comments I'm worried about good service. Is this thing working at night?
Does it work at all? Is the system monitored? How often is the app down? I've read that no one calls when the alarm goes off and that no police come. Not an optimum outcome.
They take 42$ a month from me and I'd never know if the system failed unless I came here and read all of the complaints. I don't want to find out the hard way either, by a break in or fire at some point and there be no alarm, no police, only me without my things, and AT&T saying:
"read the fine print, see, right there, it says AT&T Digital Life is not responsible for failed communication between the home unit and our monitoring center. Furthermore, we are not responsible for communication with the local emergency services in your area. We reserve the right to refuse service, both before, and after any emergent event, as our offices recognize. Please do not ask for reimbursement of funds, both for your service fees or items lost due to theft, fire or other unfortunate circumstances. Any attempt at legal action will only result in the customer having less money than when they filed the original lawsuit. (We're AT&T after all). We appreciate your loyalty and we appreciate you being a part of the AT&T family."
