Door Lock unresponsive via Digital Life app - Resolution Soon
Our engineers are aware of an issue with the door lock being non-responsive through the Digital Life app. This issue is affecting many of our customers. The door lock is still fully operational manually. The resolution is being finalized then will be tested. An update is scheduled to occur by August 1, 2016 that will resolve this issue for everyone involved. When the update occurs you will see a message on your keypad stating, "Software upgrade in Progress".
