We’re always searching for ways to make your Digital Life more user friendly.  We think our new Touchscreen Control does just that!  Some of the great features available through the new Touchscreen Control include:

  • The user interface optimizes in-home use with quick easy access to home automation and safety capabilities
  • After initial login, the Touchscreen Control remembers your user name and password
  • Communicates with your system through Wi-Fi
  • Acts as a secondary keypad that you can move throughout your home
  • Incorporates a custom home screen that is similar to the Digital Life keypad with additional icons to access system alerts and lifestyle devices

For more information on this device and others visit AT&T Digital Life.

Can you buy a second "dock" for the touch screen control so you can move it around the house with you while still able to charge it?  For example, you may want to have the touch screen control downstairs during the day & upstairs at night.

Why is the Touchscreen so slow to load from the home screen? It has caused my alarm to sound because it takes so long to get into the alarm screen to deactivate the alarm.

If the problem persists I recommend chatting with or calling Digital Life Support 1-855-288-2727, option 4. Keep in mind you can disarm your system using your keypad to prevent false alarms.

My TSC is connected to my home wifi, but says "You must be connected you your home WIFI network. Please connect to your WIFI."
It is connected and all the WIFI info is correct. It's been like this for the past two days.

So far I have turned it off and back on. Restarted my WIFI. Still nothing.

My touchscreen controller constantly says its 52 degrees outside even in the middle of the day when it's clearly over 100 degrees. Have rebooted and even done a reset to the tablet. Not a huge issue but for the money we pay I think something like this should work.

The touch screen device is junk and should be recalled and refunded period!
