Digital Life System Jam Detected

Almost everyday my Control Panel says " Digital Life System Jam Detected" and then at the same time it says " Digital Life System Restore". This happens at random times throughout the day and has been going on for several months. Service techs tell me it's outside inference and there is nothing they can do about it and there is nothing wrong with their equipment. I have had the system for 2+ years without any problems. I paid over $2200.00 for a complete home security system and now they say sorry there's nothing they can do to fix it. Has anyone else experienced this and what was your remedy.

Hi as I stated that I have had several service calls to fix this problem and I have been told that it is my problem and that there is nothing wrong with the equipment. The Jam ocours between the sensors and the Control Box. OK I'll contact you and give it a try but this has been going on for more that 6 months. I am totally fed up.

And again they say they cannot stop the Jamming of my system . Cannot install sensors that use different RF Frequency's that do not jam. I am not happy, I spent over $2200 on this system and it wont block RF outside interference. I insist on a removal and complete refund.

@Cruisers   Hello. Unfortunately with the jam coming from the hospital we cannot do anything to stop the jam from occurring.   Normally, we can rectify it, however since this is coming from a hospital we cannot require them to turn it off as the jamming just started a few months ago. One of our specialists has been trying to contact you and has left you a couple of voicemails. I would ask that you return their call. Thank you
