Digital Life App cannot connect

ATT caused my internet to fail and I had to disconnect all cables from the modem and do a reset. Now I cannot connect to my digital life app.   Which port on the Gateway modem do I insert the digital life back up cable into?  The ATT tech told me one of the broadband (yellow) ports but I cannot connect to the digital life app.

@fatcat57  Hello. It looks like your system is all up and running so you have everything plugged in correctly. Go ahead and delete the Digital Life app and then reinstall the app. Let me know if that works for you. Thank you
