Devices drop offline repeatedly

We have had a Digital Life system for approximately two years.

During that time, we have had cameras, temperature/moisture detectors, and smoke detectors drop offline, some restored with the app, some deleted then unable to be detected or restored by the app (the app 'fix' often fails mid-stream, making the problem worse, and the device irretrievable), others requiring chat or phone intervention, only to have them drop offline again within hours. Earlier this week, the DLC reported an intermittent power failure when no power failure existed.

I have wasted untold hours on hold, unproductively, trying to get the system to work as intended. We now have a smoke detector and a temperature/moisture detector offline. We have typically had one or more failure events per week.

The system has never worked reliably, for long. If AT&T can't make a security system bulletproof, what good is it?

At one point earlier this year, your Southwestern Connecticut rep (covers Long Island, NY, apparently) called to inquire if a truck roll to place a camera back online had been successful. It had been.

I'd like to have you have this gentleman call again, so he can get this system working as intended.

Otherwise, I am going to abandon the system and cease paying for it.

Fair warning.
