Deadbolt stuck! replacement needed

We replaced batteries, and the keypad will not unlock the door from the outside. We can't even unlock manually from the inside. The gear has worn out, I think.  We've had it for over 5 years and it's been fine until a month ago. . It is in direct sunlight most of the day and the keypad has been becoming less and less responsive and now, it doesn't work at all.
