communication error after droping service
I wanted to use my alarm as a stand alone system after I stopped service. Do I expect too much? I paid for all the equipment (2 year commitment) 300 dollars in extra mags for every window and I get this message (communication error) or (software upgrade) Here is what I have done to try to get rid of it:
1.) press # and *
2.) unplug battery from wall unit (one with all the lights) and unplug for 30 minutes
3.) disconnect network cable from above box
Is my expectation to use this as a non monitored system incorrect?
