Battery replacement for the DLC - 100

The battery light is showing red and appears to need a replacement. What do i do?

@azevedan  Hello. You can follow below.

 

1) Login to your Digital Life app

2) Select the hamburger menu on the top right

3) Select Solution Center

4) Once here you can chat in with a specialist who will assist in sending you a new battery!

 

You can also call in and speak to a support representative if that works better for you 855.288.2727

I have changed my DLC-100 battery and the green light is blinking but the low battery noice is still coming up. What is happening please
